Flowers, from our family to yours
Gavin and Cady McLaughlin launched Georgian Roots in 2015 as a farm based wedding venue and events company, and included seasonal garden grown and wild flowers from the farm as part of their work.
In 2018, they established a small cut flower farm on the family farm near LaFontaine, to help create a sustainable local flower supply and celebrate the beauty that can be found in the heart of Georgian Bay.
Since then, the farm has expanded to 2 acres and growing more than 200 varieties of flowers from seed, corm, and tuber. Flowers are harvested and provided for florists, weddings, and the general public from April to October.
