DELIVERY POLICY

We provide flat rate deliveries to the Tiny, Christian Island, Tay, Penetanguishene and Midland areas. See service area map below.  There is a flat rate fee of $5 for delivery. Holiday seasonal orders of wreaths are available for pick-up or delivery 3 days after placing order through online purchase.
Pick-up by appointment is available at our farm at 830 Concession Rd. 18W, Tiny. 

RETURN and CANCELLATION POLICY

Unfortunately, due to the perish-ability of our products, returns will not be accepted. However, if you have any concerns with your order please let us know within 24 hours and we will do our best to make it right. 

You may cancel or alter you order by email up to 3pm the day before your order is scheduled for delivery.  After that the products will have been harvested and we will no longer be able to cancel or subtract from your order.  If you would like to add to your order, we will do our best to accommodate requests, as time and product availability allows. 

 

PAYMENT METHOD

Please make payment by Debit or Credit Card online at check out.  If this is not an option for you, please email us with your order, and preferred alternative payment option (e-transfer or cash) and we will do our best to process your order. 

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

We do offer wholesale buckets of flowers to consumers for the DIY florist. Please check out www.georgianroots.ca/flowers for details.
